How to have a relaxing spa day at home?

Have a shower
Take a shower initially. This will help to remove the superficial dirt, grim, etc. before you start the relaxing process.
Have a bath
When everything is set up, fill up the bath with water, adjusting the temperature to your comfort levels. Add essential oils and bath salts that you like and slip into the bath. Use a rolled-up towel to relax your head. Sit in the bath and soak in the soft music and the aromas of the room. Let your body relieve its tension gradually. Do not move much. Just unwind. You may also apply a soothing/organic hair or facial mask and let it work wonders while you relax.
Cleanse yourself
After you have enjoyed the bath for an hour or even longer, get out of the bath and slowly rinse your hair and face. Be sure to wash off the masks very carefully. Apply some natural moisturizer and conditioner and let them work their magic. Take a scrubber and gently scrub your arms, legs, neck, back and other parts of the body for a total exfoliation. Wash yourself thoroughly and apply a smooth body lotion.
Treat your nails
Take a bowl and bucket of lukewarm water and dip your fingernails and toenails in them, respectively. Wait for some time. Take them out and apply some essential oils followed by a base coat and your favorite nail-polish (if you prefer wearing one).
Keep the pleasure on
You should have your clothes ready (soft and fluffy) before you start the spa. Slip into them and enjoy a movie lazing on your couch. Munch on some popcorn, wine or chocolates as you like. Keep enjoying till it’s time for dinner. Eat a healthy, nutritious dinner and slip into a warm comfy bed. Read a book or dim your lights and just relax as sleep peeps in.
